| Project Nature |
(T26) System administration and maintenance to the existing systems of GRS including Integrated Information Access System (IIAS); and provision of GOA LAN support.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSO;
Providing technical advice, system administration and support on the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the IIAS and other application systems, and network infrastructure in GRS;
Managing GRS website such as security monitoring; and
Providing technical support and advice on IT matters and issues such as IT security, access control, log and IT inventory management, procurement, maintenance, upgrading and disposal of IT hardware, software and equipment.
Providing IT support and services to GRS users including remote offices.

| Requirements |
Rich experience on system development and management and GOA LAN support.
Candidates with the following certification will have an advantage:
- Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP); and
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Administration
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Technical Skills:
. At least 11 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
. At least 7 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 7 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 7 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP);
. At least 4 years' experience in Departmental Portal (DPS).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 11 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 7 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 7 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 11 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 7 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
