The team is responsible for implementation projects and for the administration, maintenance, and support of various networked office automation and application systems. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - At least 36 months IT experience in application systems and Office Automation (OA) support including Windows 10 administration, anti-virus software management, data loss prevention system management, system backup and recovery, Windows 2016/2019 servers and server virtualization products; - Al least 12 months experience in Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) support; - At least 36 months experience in hotline support; - At least 36 months experiences in the Government; and - Good IT professional knowledge and ethics; initiative, proactive, systematic and independent at work; customer and quality focus; good problem analysis skills; good communication and interpersonal skills; and good command in Chinese and English (verbal and written). Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN); . At least 3 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 2 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO). Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
