Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the PlanD; The duties involve requirement gathering, analysis, design and programming work for IT application systems, fixing of existing application bugs, providing hotline support to end users for application systems and other related tasks. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following activities: 1. Business modelling, system analysis and design 2. System implementation and integration for the enhancement / revamp / upgrade / bug fixing of the existing IT systems, especially for those related to asset management, human resources management, planning enforcement and prosecution. 3. Application system testing and deployment 4. Quality assurance and review 5. Application system support, maintenance and enhancement 6. End user/Ad-hoc support 7. Project, vendor and contractor monitoring Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - University/College graduate in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; - At least 4 years in IT experience including application development, quality assurance, system maintenance, system testing, user support and documentation; - At least 3 years hands-on experience in web-based application development and support using .NET C# and ASP.NET Core, Angular, JavaScript and MS SQL; - Proven technical skills and solid system development experience in using various application programming languages, application development frameworks (e.g. Angular or jQuery) and integrated development environments; - Solid experience in client-server web application development and system integration with databases, APIs, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese handling; and - Good IT professional knowledge and ethics; initiative, proactive, systematic and independent at work; customer and quality focus; good problem analysis skills; good communication and interpersonal skills; and good command in Chinese and English (verbal and written). -It is an advantage for the candidate to process solid experience in delivering and maintaining IT systems that are related to the asset management, human resources management and planning enforcement and prosecution. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
