Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the PlanD; The successful candidate will be required to work in a team, supervised by a manager, to perform various system development, maintenance and support activities. The team is responsible for implementation projects and for the administration, maintenance, and support of various networked office automation and application systems. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - At least 24 months experience in configuration of network devices including backbone routers, backbone/floor level switches and Virtual Private Network (VPN) appliances; - At least 24 months experience in using network and system management tools; - At least 24 months experience in PC LAN support (desktop applications, office automation software, file and print services), Windows Active Directory administration, Windows 2016/2019 servers and Windows 10 administration; - Preferably with experience in implementing/deploying/maintaining systems for hundreds of users; and - Good IT professional knowledge and ethics; initiative, proactive, systematic and independent at work; customer and quality focus; good problem analysis skills; good communication and interpersonal skills; and good command in Chinese and English (verbal and written). Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN); . 2 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
