Job Key No 34121 Job Title/ Category Project Manager - Data Center Network, Cloud Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Technical Support Nature Contract Contract Period 24-month contract Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Public Transport Location Base HK International Airport Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve a statutory body; The Project Manager is to assist the Manager, IT in fulfilling the team functions, in particular in supporting the enhancement and extension of IT systems. The major duties include: - Act as a network team representative to liaise with different IT and non-IT teams and actively participate in solution engagement, design, review, planning and delivery based on the existing infrastructure architecture, providing solid and practical solution for project deployment; - Act as a Project Manager to manage IT systems enhancement works, especially on network infrastructure installation, testing, commissioning and skills transfer; coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure quality implementation and on-time delivery; - Provide network support on 3RS projects development works, and manage enabling contractors for configuration alignment and integration into 2RS network infrastructure; - Perform network maintenance and system upgrade of related IT equipment, including network I AI tooling support and enhancement; - Provide first and second line support to network infrastructure, including but not limited to routers, switches, load-balancer, firewall devices as well as DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (DOl) and network monitoring tools. Preparation and implementation of firewaii/ACL configurations as well as joint testing with other project teams and/or vendors will also be necessary. System support and ad-hoc technical assignments during non-office hours may be required. - Uphold compliance to defined architecture, standards, procedures and methodologies. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements Academic Qualifications: - Degree Holder in IT, Computer Science or equivalent. Professional Qualifications: - Professional certifications in Networking, Information Security and Project Management is a plus (e.g. CCNP, HCIP, PMP, etc.) - Cisco CCIE or Huawei HCIE certified is advantageous. Working Experience: - A minimum 6 Years' IT network experience in which at least 3 years' experience in Solution Design and/or Project Management related disciplines. Other Specifications: - Expert knowledge in data center network (SON), campus LAN and Wi-Fi, Internet, Cloud and IT Security; - Solid experience in deploying and managing routers, switches, load-balancer, firewalls, AI tools & automation, etc. - Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua; - Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 & 2) is an advantage.
