Job Key No 33968 Job Title/ Category Project Manager Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Contract Period 24-month contract Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Public Transport Location Base HK International Airport Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve a statutory body; - To take part in various Project Management tasks such as liaising with internal and external business users of the Authority. - To assist with the preparation of Project Proposal and project related documentation in the capacity of Team Lead. - To provide technical support in collaboration with other IT colleagues of the Authority. - To support AA project manager to implement and deliver IT solutions. - To perform user requirement study, system analysis and solution design. - To manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project time line and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables. - To ensure the implementation of appropriate application architecture, standards and best practices in the development activities including documentation, design, programming, testing, installation and implementation. - To study, refine, implement and help business growth by exploring and studying IT opportunities especially in air cargo and logistics systems. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Academic Qualifications: - Degree holder in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems / Systems Engineering or related discipline. Professional Qualifications: - Professional certification in Software Development/ Scrum Master/ Project Management is preferred. Working Experience (Years and Type): - At least 6 years of working experience and with 2 years of IT project experience; - Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design , system rollout, and system support; - Solid experience in System Development Life Cycle, vendor management and incident management; - Experience in Cloud solutions is an advantage; - Working experience in mobile app development is preferred; - Knowledge in air cargo and logistics business domain is an advantage. Other Specifications (e.g. Skills, Languages, Qualifies, etc.): - Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to assume a technical/ consultant leadership role; - Self-motivated, able to work under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills; - Knowledge in cloud platform (e.g. AWS); - Working experience in Cargo or Aviation industry is an added advantage. - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua is an added advantage.
