| Project Nature |
(T26) (1) Acting as Test Lead to ensure the systems will be tested to an agreed level;
(2) Understanding and analysing users' requirements and business needs to compile test cases and test plan according to pre-defined guidelines and best practice;
(3) Managing and supporting Unit Test, System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test (UAT) of a large-scale Leisure Services Booking Application;
(4) Performing testing according to pre-defined test cases;
(5) Refining test plan and test cases; and
(6) Assisting in other project-related activities.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
(1) Leading a team of testers to perform test scenarios and test cases based on business requirement, function requirement specification and test plan;
(2) Evaluating the quality of the test scenarios and test cases;
(3) Managing execution of test cases manually or by automated testing tools;
(4) Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration and Regression);
(5) Coordinating testing, bug reporting and retesting with testing team and contractors;
(6) Monitoring testing schedule and progress;
(7) Interacting with users to understand their needs;
(8) Preparing test data, executing tests on software usability, analysing test results and preparing testing reports;
(9) Help in training related activities;
(10) Help in updating project websites; and
(11) Undertaking any other duties assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(1) Diploma (or above) holder in IT related discipline;
(2) Have at least 3 years of solid experience in IT application development related testing and support;
(3) Hands-on experience on project coordination;
(4) Experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios and test cases of large-scale application is an advantage;
(5) Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies;
(6) Working knowledge of testing techniques;
(7) Good knowledge on Personal Computer;
(8) Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese;
(9) Being able to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years' experience in software testing (STM);
. 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
