under the IT Strategy Plan.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the Judiciary;
We are seeking a highly skilled application architect to join our Framework Team. The ideal candidate will lead technical studies, drive hands-on development, and keep abreast of market trends. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, microservices, and containerization, along with strong troubleshooting skills.
The candidate will be responsible for the
1) Architectural Design:
- Design and implement scalable and robust architecture for applications.
- Conduct technical studies to evaluate new technologies and frameworks.
2) Hands-on Development:
- Participate in hands-on coding and development activities.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in coding and architecture.
3) Technology Evaluation:
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
- Assess and recommend tools and technologies that can enhance team productivity and application performance.
4) Microservices and Containerization:
- Design and implement microservices architecture.
- Utilize container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for application deployment.
5) Security Implementation:
- Implement OAuth2 and other security protocols to ensure application security.
6) Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide strong troubleshooting support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical challenges.

| Requirements |
Other than the requirements specified in the 'Technical' and 'non-Technical' Requirement Sections below:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Proven experience as an application architect with a focus on architecture;
- Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies;
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies;
- Familiarity with OAuth2 and application security best practices;
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Experience with cloud platforms;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; and
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good written English is a must;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
