| Duties |
- Serve a permanent position to a financial institution;
- Responsible for the computer operations of IBM mainframe, AIX and Windows server platforms;
- Operate and monitor the computer, network and data centre environmental facilities;
- Operate peripheral devices;
- Ensure scheduled computer jobs or production and acceptance tests are running successfully without error;
- Ensure scheduled backup jobs are completed accurately and on time;
- Monitor console messages and online systems;
- Perform recovery routine as instructed in the event of hardware malfunction;
- Record equipment problems, place service call and monitor the repair;
- Assist in the resolution of problems related to the computer systems;
- Perform shift duty on a 7x24 roster basis.

| Requirements |
- Form 5 with some formal training in computer studies;
- Over 2 years' experience in data centre computer operations;
- Able to communicate in written and oral English and Chinese.
