| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
1. Support the implementation of IT projects / initiatives under the Hong Kong Public Libraries
2. Support and liaison with internal users and contractors for enhancement tasks of existing systems including programming, performing SIT, UAT and coordinating the rollout tasks for over 71 public libraries in Hong Kong
3. Provide on-going support and maintenance of existing systems including system enhancements, performing SIT, UAT, bug-fixing, fire-fighting and responding to users' enquiries
4. Assist in IT equipment procurement and inventory management
5. Perform ad hoc support during non-office hour and mobile/pager holding may be necessary
6. Assist in any other duties as required pertaining to IT project development or assigned by supervisors in LCSD.

| Requirements |
1. Degree in Computer Science / Computer Studies, or equivalent;
2. Solid experience in system implementation and maintenance of large-scale IT systems
3. Solid experience in working with outsourced contractors for system development and/or support
4. Experience with the following skill-set is preferred :
- Directory services (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory)
- Centralised desktop management tools (e.g. ManageEngine Endpoint Central, IBM BigFix)
- RFID technologies and applications (e.g. UHF RFID tags, handheld readers)
5. Good skill in project coordination, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in coordinating projects with multiple user parties
6. Working experience with the Government is preferred
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
8. Good communication and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. 1 year's experience in Visual Studio. Net (VSN) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
