Project implementation of Cultural Services of LCSD; 2. Quality Assurance for the Smart Library Systems of LCSD; and 3. Major enhancement and on-going support of existing systems under Cultural Services of LCSD. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; 1. Leading the project implementation of LCSD systems, including project planning, preparing the procurement documents, system design, system integration test, load test, system acceptance test and system rollout, managing the performance of the outsourcing contractor and reviewing the contractor's work; 2. Performing major enhancement work and on-going maintenance for the existing systems under Cultural Services of LCSD, including UAT, bug-fixing, fire-fighting and responding to users' enquiries; 3. Carrying out other duties assigned by senior officers; 4. Ad hoc support during non-office hour and mobile/pager holding may be necessary; and 5. Assign duties and monitor progress to subordinates. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements 1. Degree in Computer Science / Computer Studies, or equivalent; 2. Solid experience in system development and maintenance of web-based and mobile application; 3. Solid experience in project management life cycle, IT procurement and vendor management; 4. Experience in development and maintenance of public e-service is preferred. 5. Working experience with the Government is preferred; 6. Experience in development and implementation of class and trainee management system, venue facilities booking system and hands on system integration development on iAMSmart are preferred; 7. Experience to manage performing hall / theatre IT systems. 8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and 9. Strong communication with technical and no technical background users. 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Java Beans Development (JVD); . At least 3 years' experience in Oracle Application Development (ORA); . 1 year's experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System (PIT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM); . 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
