Job Key No 29094 Job Title/ Category Architect / Senior Specialist - Solution Development Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Permanent Contract Period Employer Business financial institution Location Base Hong Kong Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a permanent position to a financial institution; - Responsible for development and implementation of different FinTech initiatives, such as cloud-based system, central bank digital currency and cross-border DLT connectivity; - Gather, analyse, document and validate the needs of business stakeholders; - Participate in system deployment with scripting and other tools, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing FinTech projects; - Assist in managing scope, progress, cost, resources and stakeholders’ expectations to deliver the project within timeline and budget; - Assist in vendor management in order to meet targeted project timeline; - Assist in providing project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and statistics; - Collaborate closely with all the teammates and external stakeholders and committed to achieve the overall targets of the team. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements - University degree with over 10 years’ experience in system development or infrastructure setup preferably in financial sector for Architect; over 5 years’ experience for Senior Specialist; - Prior working experience in cloud infrastructure setup and/or application deployment; - Familiar with Java, Spring Boot, Terraform, Ansible scripts, Nginx, API integration e.g., RESTful / SOAP APIs, database e.g., MySQL; - Sound knowledge of NodeJS, TypeScript, blockchain including Hyperledger or Ethereum, CI/CD, DevOps at public Cloud platforms or on-premises, Docker, Kubernetes, symmetric and asymmetric encryption, SSL/TLS protocols is preferred; - Hands-on Cloud technologies will be a definite advantage; - Enthusiastic on learning new technology; - Good technical writing skill; - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua preferred.
