Job Key No 28382 Job Title/ Category Manager (Network and Security) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Technical Support Nature Contract Deadline 23 Apr 2026 Contract Period 12 months (tentatively to start in Jan 2025) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business statutory body Location Base Kwun Tong Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve contract assignments under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a statutory body; - Work under the supervision of respective manager(s) of the Information Technology Division (ITD) with the role of Manager (Network and Security); - Assisting the manager in the effective day-to-day administration of the network and security, coordinating with suppliers and service providers to handle support issues, and reporting to IT management; - Support the development, maintenance, and enforcement of the IT security policies, guidelines and procedures; - Implementation and administration of network and security controls; - Monitoring and response of security alerts, and preparation of security reports; - Provide management information and technical advice, as well as recommend proposals to IT management for the enhancement of the computing environment. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements - A recognized degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines; - At least 8 years’ solid hands-on experience in large-scale, complex and mission-critical IT infrastructure support and implementation; and/or cybersecurity management and support; - Extensive experience in routing and switching protocol, product knowledge; - Experience in all/most of the following network and security domains: . Data centre and access network including wired and wireless (Cisco, H3C and Aruba); . Firewalls, IDPS, and Anti-DDoS (e.g. Check Point, Fortinet, Imperva); . Security solutions and devices (e.g. DLP, EDR, APT, Load Balancer and Remote Access); . Security Management and administration (e.g. Splunk, Nessus and ZAP); . Security risk assessment and audit, penetration test, etc. . Web application security; . Incident management; - Holder of professional certification in CEH/CCNA/CCNP/CISA/CISSP would be advantageous; - Willing to provide support during maintenance windows and work in non-office hours; - Able to communicate concisely and clearly to suit the audience and occasions; - Keen to improve and add value to work; - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; - Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills; and - Mature, customer-oriented, independent, flexible and a good team player. - Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager (Network & Security).
