Job Key No 25246 Job Title/ Category System Analyst (In-source) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Contract Period 12 months' renewable contract Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business public transport Location Base Kowloon Bay Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve a public transport client; - Conduct business process analysis, requirement analysis, design workshops, and prototype sessions with users. - Carry out system design and prepare relevant specifications and documentation. - Plan, execute, and support implementation activities such as coordinating and assisting user acceptance tests, pre-implementation trials, conducting user training, performing system installation, data cleaning, data conversion, and cutover activities. - Provide initial production support and ongoing maintenance support as required. - Prepare project deliverables such as requirement specifications, functional specifications, system prototypes, design specifications, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, implementation plans, training plans, training materials, and user manuals. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements - Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Relevant certifications for Project Management, Design thinking, Business Analysis, Agile Methodologies, are preferred. - At least 8 years of experience, with specific knowledge of the industry or domain, especially in GRC areas, that is Audit, Governance, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance. - Proven experience in working with clients to turn business processes into solution requirements and has performed this role for one or more projects that collectively cover General Audit Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Management for major companies in the last 5 years. - Proficient in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as translating them into technical specifications. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. - Solid experience in using industry-standard methodologies. - Solid experience with end-to-end application development lifecycle including requirement analysis, configuration, customization, testing, data conversion, debugging, and documentation. - Self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, liaising, and supervisory skills. - Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English. - Good command of English and Chinese writing.
