| Project Nature |
(T26) The candidate is responsible for
(1) Assisting in demonstration and training sessions as IT support and facilitators;
(2) Assisting in preparation and setup of demonstration and training;
(3) Assisting in Unit Test, System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) of a large scale Leisure Services Booking Application;
(4) Performing testing according to pre-defined test cases; and
(5) Assisting in other project-related activities.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
(1) Preparing demonstration and training data and perform verification of demonstration and training materials;
(2) Performing application demonstration to internal staff and public in promotion events and training of IT application;
(3) Performing test scenarios and test cases based on business requirement, function requirement specification and test plan;
(4) Testing, bug reporting and retesting with testing team and contractors;
(5) Interacting with users to understand their needs;
(6) Executing tests on software usability, analysing test results and preparing testing reports;
(7) Able to work outside office hour (e.g. 6pm - 9pm Mon - Fri; 9am - 9pm Sat/Sun) when necessary;
(8) and Undertaking any other duties assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(1) Diploma (or above) holder in IT related discipline;
(2) Have at least 2 years of solid experience in IT application support;
(3) Experience in performing test scenarios and test cases of large scale application is an advantage;
(4) Good knowledge on Personal Computer;
(5) Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese;
(6) Being able to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
