- Assist technical support for various projects and hosting applications

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
- Provide production support for Linux Shard Platform
- Assist in project support for other projects
- Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required
- Work irregular hours if necessary
- Ad-hoc/ on-call support for urgent incidents during non-office hours may be required
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

| Requirements |
- At least 2 years of solid working experience on Linux server administration
- At least 2 years of solid working experience on Server Virtualisation Technology
- At least 2 years of solid working experience on SAN and NetBackup administration
- At least 1 year of working experience in Management and Support of Government Systems & Services is preferable
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Data/File Backup Technology (DFT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT).
Non-technical Skill:
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
