| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
To formulate technical requirements on network infrastructure for data centres and branch offices for a large-scaled critical system;
To work with multiple vendors for the design, proof-of-concept, implementation and support for the virtualised infrastructure including LAN, WAN and DCI for a critical system;
To assist in the integration of virtualised infrastructure of the critical system to vendor-provided public cloud and delivery of the public cloud service;
To examine the security measures in an ongoing basis for the virtualised infrastructure of the critical system according to the prevailing security regulations and guidelines;
To provide on-going support and maintenance on virtualised infrastructure of the critical system with multiple vendors;
To ensure good communication between project teams, vendors stakeholders, end users and other Bureaux/ Departments;
To conduct site visits to data centres and major venues located in HKSAR if necessary; and
To work irregular hours if necessary.

| Requirements |
University Degree in Computer/ Information Technology or equivalent;
At least 4 years in System Analyst role or equivalent;
Solid hand-on experience in network and security solution design;
Rich knowledge and experience on H3C software-defined network (SDN) including but not limited to:
Unified Platform version E0612P04 or above;
SeerEngine-DC version E3622H01 or above;
Cloud Orchestration appliance with version E5132 or above; and
virtualised data centres technology
Rich knowledge and hands on experience on H3C Intelligent Management Centre Platform (IMC), Network Traffic Analyzer (NTA) and End-user Intelligent Access (EIA);
Experience on mobile & wireless technology;
Experience on Fortigate product such as Forti-OS Firewall, Forti-proxy and Forti-Analyser with version 7.4.5 or above;
Experience on Huawei firewall version V600 or above and Hillstone Networks Next-Generation Firewall with version 5.5 or above;
Experience on F5 Load Balancer BIG-IP with version 17 or above;
Proficient in technical writing;
Holder of the following certifications is highly expected:
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Specialist-Security Core or equivalent;
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent; and
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent;
Good communication skill with the ability to communicate in English and Putonghua is highly expected; and
Project experience with the government is preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Multi-vendor Mission Critical System (MCS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Network Design (NDN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
