(T26) On-going support of museum systems, web content management systems, web-portals and museum websites.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
Assist in gathering, consolidating and defining user requirements;
Participate in project development and testing processes;
Participate in hardware and software selection and setup processes;
Participate in the development of web portals and museum websites using web development tools and software;
Assist in coordinating development and maintenance activities with external service providers, internal support teams and project stakeholders;
Provide system maintenance and assist in the administration and enhancement tasks of museum systems, web content management systems, web portals and museum websites;
Assist in conducting end-user training;
Assist in preparing system documentation;
Provide on-call support for emergency production system incidents during non-office hours; and
Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
Degree in Computer Science / Computer Studies or equivalent (such as computer engineering, information system, information technology and electronic commerce);
Have at least 2 years of working experience as an Analyst Programmer;
Have at least 4 years of solid post-qualification experience in software development and system implementation;
Have at least 1 year of solid experience in implementing or supporting museum systems or museum websites;
Strong problem solving and analytical skill;
Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure;
Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 3 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. 3 years' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
