Job Key No 22514 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 44018-4) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 22 May 2026 Contract Period 01 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Sha Tin Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Application system development, enhancement, maintenance and on-going support of web-based application systems Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; Undertake application system planning, implementation and enhancements including design, programming, various types of testing, co-ordination, system documentation and maintenance support; Analyze user requirements and perform system analysis & design; Conduct feasibility study with cost-benefit analysis; Monitor performance of outsourcing contractors; Assist in acquisition of system hardware and software; Provide application and technical support to users; Provide on-call and urgent system support for production systems during non-office hours; and Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors including but not limited to support of administrative matters, preparation of procurement documents, outsourcing management, etc. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 7.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements Degree in Information Technology (IT), or equivalent; Good knowledge on PC and web-based development programming languages; Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Good analytical and problem solving skills; Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; and Good working attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA); . At least 3 years' experience in Smartcard Technology (SMT); . 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in PRINCE (PRE) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
