| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
- Provide Helpdesk support to the IT users concerned - Perform user accounts administration support - Answer user enquiries and report issues to the application support team - Assist in preparing documents for system maintenance support - Perform user co-ordination work and miscellaneous support related to desktop PCs/ Email/ OA services - Provide on-site troubleshooting/ support for IT users located in LCSD offices - Participate in the rollout of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) in LCSD - Provide ad-hoc/ on-call support for urgent production system incidents and support activities during non-office hours - Undertake any duties as assigned by supervisor

| Requirements |
- At least 1 years solid experience in supporting PC Clients running on Microsoft platform, Internet applications, Lotus Notes Mail System - At least 1 year solid experience in Helpdesk Call Handling and / or application testing - Good communication skills, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently - Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese - Holder of Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent is preferred - Working experience in supporting Lotus Notes / Email applications and/or user account administration support is preferred - Experience in Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) service rollout is preferred
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Office Automation (OAN);
. At least 1 year's experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. Good coordination skills is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
