Job Key No 22449 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 44802-3) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 24 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 Jun 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (8 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Sha Tin and Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) - Support email system/infrastructure, LCSD Departmental Portal (DP), Office Automation (OA) Systems environment and related upgrade/enhancement projects - Perform administration and management for the portable devices used for mobile email access. - Implement the Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) for LCSD Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD; - To coordinate with project teams or contractors and provide support for system implementation and integration to OA services and LCSD Departmental Portal; - To provide administration and technical support for LCSD Departmental Portal; - To participate in the infrastructure upgrade projects; - To provide administration and technical support for OA services including Active Directory service, file sharing service, anti-virus service, etc.; - To provide administration and technical support on the virtualization infrastructures for Desktop Management System and OA services; - To provide administration support for mobile device management system; - To provide support for IT procurement matters; - To conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC), products testing and new technology pilots for projects; - Participate in the implementation of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) project; - Participate in the implemenation of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) in LCSD; - To provide on-call support and work outside normal working hours as and when necessary; and - Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - Have a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent; - At least 4 years of solid hands-on experience in system administration for Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 or above; - At least 4 years of solid hands-on experience in major system components on Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 or above such as Active Directory (AD), Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), DHCP and DNS, etc.; - At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in virtualization host environment, e.g. VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc.; - At least 1 year of solid hands-on experience in system administration and operation for web portal systems using open source solution e.g. CentOS, Oracle Linux, Apache; - Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; and - Priority would be given to candidates who possess the following: (a) holder of Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) / Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE); (b) experience in container platform technologies, such as OpenShift; and - Expeirence on Microsoft Outlook and implementation of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) are preferred; Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 2 years' experience in Departmental Portal (DPS); . 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Wireless/mobile Email solution (WME) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
