(T26) - Provide support for URBTIX and Museum System
- Provide support for Shared Platforms including Container Platforms
- Assist for project implementation and system enhancement including expansion of storage and upgrade of EOS software for HKFA Multi-media System

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
- Provide production support for URBTIX, Museum System and Shared Platform
- Provide technical and production support for system monitoring tools
- Prepare technical specification and evaluation for new or upgrade projects
- Update technical documents and prepare operation manual
- Install security patches on various hardware platforms
- Prepare statistical reports like system utilization, bandwidth consumption, etc.
- Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required
- Work irregular hours if necessary
- Ad-hoc/ on-call support for urgent incidents during non-office hours may be required
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

| Requirements |
- University Degree Holder
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- At least 2 years of solid work experience in IT production and technical support
- At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of LINUX and Microsoft Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server
- At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of server virtualization technology, including VMWare s
- At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of SAN and MSSQL
- At least 1 years of solid working experience in providing technical support and administration on Container infrastructure is perferable
- At least 1 year of work experience in administration and support of anti-malware technology, including Kaspersky and McAfee is preferable
- At least 1 year of work experience in administration of backup tools is preferable, including NetBackup and Veeam
- At least 1 year of work experience in IT Security is preferable
- At least 1 year of work experience in administration of Active Directory is preferable
- At least 1 year of working experience in ManageEngine product (including Endpoint Management Desktop Central) is preferable
- At least 1 year of working experience in Management and Support of Government Systems & Services is preferable
- At least 1 year of working experience in Government Project Management is preferable
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 1 year's experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
