Job Key No 17389 Job Title/ Category Technology Governance Manager Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business bank Location Base Ngau Tau Kok Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a leading bank. - Assist supervisor in developing a reliable Technology governance framework, maintaining high-level standard on IT service management and promoting continuous improvement. - Assist supervisor in reviewing and enhancing Technology governance framework to support the achievement of corporate strategy and objectives. - Design, develop and implement Technology governance related policies, practices and processes to maintain a proactive conformance and oversight program. - Facilitate communication across Departments within TD and business units on Technology governance initiatives. - Drives alignment across IT to single standards, including change management. - Provide holistic view to facilitate office automation using intelligent tools. - Be innovative and clear mind-set to purpose ideas to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. - Work with cross team for streamlining process and projects. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements - University graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years’ work experience in information technology management in banking sector. - General knowledge and experience with industry best practices, including COBIT, ITIL, PMBOK, Agile Methodologies, ISO standards on IT management, etc. - Thorough knowledge of IT management practices in IT infrastructure, IT Application and Service Management. - Knowledge of data governance and management would certainly be an advantage - Familiar to regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-E-1, TM-G-1, TM-G-2), MAS, PCI-DSS, C-RAF, PDPO etc. - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable. - Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities. - Self-driven and flexible with high motivation. - Business travel to Mainland China may be required, depending on the specific needs of the job assignment.
