To manage network installations in Health Sector Division, such as installation, configuration and monitoring of network hardware and software, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. 2. To deliver Helpdesk services and IT technical support in Health Sector Division, such as PC hardware and software installation, maintenance support, troubleshooting for network problems. 3. To monitor and analyze security events to identify potential security breaches and take appropriate actions such as conducting assessment on the organization's IT systems and networks for vulnerabilities and develop strategies to address them. 4. To work with technical teams to develop and propose IT solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring feasibility and scalability. 5. To analyze data and processes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within existing systems. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; (a) Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice on the use of IT security requirements (b) Upgrade systems and security patches to enable security software (c) Monitor and perform proper remedy actions to ensure the stability, reliability, security and performance of the whole infrastructure (d) Responsible for the infrastructure setup, administration and maintenance (e) Configure and troubleshoot PC, server and network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs (f) Manage system storage, backup and restore operation (g) Develop and maintain network documentation, procedures, and standards (h) Perform database administration and support tasks (i) Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation processes to ensure that solutions meet business needs. (j) Monitor and assess implemented solutions, gathering feedback to identify areas for ongoing improvement and optimization. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 6.0 Requirements 1. Candidates should have Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines. 2. At least 8 years hands-on experience in PC support, of which 6 year must be in similar post and in comparable capacity. 3. At least 5-year work experience with/in the Government. 4. Holder of professional certificates in CCNA, MCSA, MCPS, ITIL-F, PRINCE2-F or equivalent, is preferred, 5. Experience on VMware ESXi, HCI, Storage, and 6. Strong knowledge and technical skills on IT networking (VPN, VLAN, Wireless LAN, Firewall, Switch routing) and security practice etc and 7. Experience on Microsoft environment and application (Active Directory, MS 365, MS SCCM and Windows server administration) 8. Experience on database administration and support 9. Experience in supporting Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Ruckus, Juniper products is advantage 10. Good organization, communication, interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 8 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 7 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN); . At least 7 years' experience in TCP/IP (TCP); . At least 7 years' experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT); . At least 7 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN); . At least 7 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 7 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM); . At least 7 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 7 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 7 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO); . At least 7 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); . At least 7 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 7 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT); . At least 7 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON); . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 6 years' experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage; . 6 years' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
