(T26) This is a CPM position responsible for leading a team to manage the implementation and operation of the infrastructure of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform, which consists of cloud-based back end systems, web applications and mobile apps to be developed based on industrial open standards and self-controllable architecture.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CPM will
i) lead a team to manage the contractor for the infrastructure design and setup of the CorpID Platform to achieve high availability and active-active site resilience;
ii) co-ordinate and interface with different government contractors and support teams for interconnection between the CorpID Platform and the IT systems of bureaux/departments and external parties; and
iii) co-ordinate with various testing parties to perform the system testing before the production rollout of the CorpID Platform.
The CPM will be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services and to meet the service delivery schedule.

| Requirements |
1. The candidate is required to have at least 5 years' solid working experience for the infrastructure design and setup of application system;
2. The candidate is required to have at least 4 years' experience for the design and setup of critical public-facing application systems running on cloud platforms and microservice-based architecture;
3. The candidate is required to have at least 4 years' solid working experience of security incident detection and handling for public-facing systems;
4. The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' experience of serving as project manager role on project implementation on infrastructure and vendor management;
5. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem-solving skills as well as to take a leading role on troubleshooting;
6. Solid working experience of using and troubleshooting on network and security protection services provided by different cloud platforms are added advantages;
7. Experience of setting up the public-facing system using virtual waiting room and/or content delivery network are added advantages;
8. Experience of coordination and/or quality assurance are preferred; and
9. To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP);
. At least 5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 5 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 5 years' experience in Technical Architectural Support (TAS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. Good coordination skills is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
