| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the InvestHK;
- Support IT security-related projects and network infrastructure;
- Ensure IT operations comply with prevailing government IT security policies and guidelines;
- Manage server infrastructure setup and support IT environment setup for IT application system;
- Support system architecture design, testing and maintenance for IT application systems;
- Perform quality control on project deliverables and monitor the progress of projects;
- Coordinate project meetings and perform project management tasks;
- Evaluate and recommend suitable technical specifications for IT projects;
- Provide end-user IT support services, including help-desk service, troubleshooting user problems, product evaluation, setting up workstations and network equipment, and performing system maintenance work;
- Manage outsourced vendors;
- Candidate may be required to work non-office hours and overtime on need basis; and
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

| Requirements |
- Candidate should have experience in project management and application implementation for the HKSAR Government;
- Experience in server and network infrastructure support and IT security-related project;
- Experience in Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS) is preferred;
- Possessing any recognised qualifications related to IT security (with valid certificates as of the bidding closing date), including, but not limited to:
- Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) from CNITSEC;
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2;
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) / Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA;
- Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Expert (GSE) from SANS Institute; or
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants (EC-Council).
- Proactive, customer-focused and result-oriented;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Commitment and dedication to organisational goals;
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary;
- Good communication skills including oral and writing;
- Candidate shall be able to communicate in Cantonese and English.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA);
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN);
. At least 1 year's experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. At least 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. 1 year's experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good spoken English is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in project management (PRM);
. At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG);
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
