(T26) The candidate is responsible for
(1) Providing IT facilitation and technical support on SmartPLAY devices in 300 leisure venues in Hong Kong;
(2) Providing support on venue network and 189 sets of tablets located in venues; and
(3) Providing support on OS upgrade exercise of 108 sets of tablets in Sport Centres;

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
(1) Coordinating with users, venue staff, contractors and other related parties for the support of SmartPLAY devices;
(2) Providing facilitation to venues for the support on venue network and tablets;
(3) Monitoring on the operation of mobile device management (MDM) and monthly software and security patch deployment to tablets;
(4) Provide onsite support and user training (if required);
(5) Co-ordinating with contractors including those from the Mainland; and
(6) Undertaking any other duties assigned by supervisors.

| Requirements |
(1) Diploma (or above) holder in IT related discipline;
(2) Have at least 4 years of solid experience in site preparation, implementation and support on IT system;
(3) Solid administration and support experience on operation and implementation of MDM software, Windows OS migration exercise and patch deployment process;
(4) Hands-on experience on project coordination and user facilitation;
(5) Fluent Putonghua;
(6) Good command of both English and Cantonese with good communication and written skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. 4 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 4 years' experience in site preparation (SPE);
. 4 years' experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
